Entry into this promotion is deemed to be acceptance of these Conditions of Entry

 

Entry is only open to residents of New Zealand. Employees, and their immediate families, of the Promoter, its associated companies, advertising agencies and participating retailers and their employees are ineligible to enter or win.

 

The promotion starts on 12 April, 2010 and ends at 5.00pm on 24 May 2010

 

The Promoters decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into

 

Age Group must be stipulated on the entry form, where shown, and entrant must be within that age range at the end of this promotion.

 

There are weekly prizes for each age group, with a Grand Prize (Portable DVD Player & 1 DVD) at the end of the promotion for the winning entry from each age group. Grand Prize winning entry for each age group will be determined from the weekly prize winners.

 

Prizes, and any unused portion, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize value.

 

The weekly and grand prize winners will be notified by email within two working days of being judged. Allow 28 days delivery for all prizes. The Promoter is not responsible for any prize which is lost or does not otherwise arrive. Where an item is provided or sponsored by a third party, the entrant/claimant consents to the Promoter providing the third party with his/her name, address and other relevant details to enable the dispatch of the item to the entrant/claimant.

 

The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a consequence of participation in the promotion or as a consequence of the use and enjoyment of any prize.

 

Promotional materials are void if stolen, forged, mutilated or tampered with in any way.

 

No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or mis-directed entries.

 

If for any reason, the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct or operation of the promotion is interfered with or disrupted in any way (including but not limited to computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud or technical failures) the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.

 

The Promoter reserves its right to modify these Conditions of Entry at any time for any reason.

 

If an entrant tampers with or subverts the processes relating to participation in the promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to exclude that person from participation and reserves its right to withhold any prizes from that person.
