Store Manager:

Has overall responsibility for the daily running and management of the store to achieve goals and objectives.

Job Duties:

The duties and responsibilities of the work in the store involves setting up the store each morning for trade, food preparation, serving customers, cooking, cleaning, and closing up the shop each day.

Full time staff usually take more of the setup, food preparation and closing duties, and Supervisors and Managers will delegate the tasks amongst the staff on duty.

Managers have the additional responsibilities of ordering, staff management, cash balancing and reporting at the end of each day and week.
