The Franchisee is required to have at least one Franchisee operationally working in the store managing the business on a full-time and hands-on basis.  The standard Franchise Agreement complies with the requirements, obligations, morals and Code of Ethics of the Franchisors Association of Australasia, and details the exact standards obligations and requirements of an LJS Franchisee to the Group, and those of the Franchisor to the Franchisee.
